Great place great staff.

My son has been here many times. He came in last week and had the worst haircut ever. Pieces are sticking up all over, some parts are longer than others, it looks horrible. I can’t believe how unqualified and unskilled this stylist was ... he had to return to college the next morning; otherwise he would have returned to the store and have someone else fix it or demanded a refund. Wow! It looks like a toddler took scissors and started chopping. Is there any quality control at this facility?

I have a been a guest since day one. And now that they have changed management. I have been very disappointed. Last cut there!!!!
